‘37 Therapies’ garners wide-spread media attention

Kay’s long anticipated book “My Life in 37 Therapies” – part memoir, part self-help and well-being guide –was published by specialist publisher RedDoor on 4th July 2019 to great acclaim.
Kay was given a 3 page feature in September’s Good Housekeeping, full page spreads in major newspaper titles such as the Daily Mail, The Scotsman, Sunday Express, Sunday Post and articles in specialist magazines as varied as Spirit & Destiny, Scottish Woman Magazine, No1 Magazine and New Business Magazine (where she was asked to talk about the value of techniques such as mindfulness in business).
The book also grabbed the attention of the broadcast media. She was a guest on high profile shows such as the ‘Jo Good Show’ on BBC Radio London and BBC Scotland’s flagship ‘Kaye Adams’ morning show. In addition, she was interviewed on a number of BBC local radio stations around the UK including BBC Newcastle, Manchester, Merseyside, Kent, Ulster and Guernsey.
The audiobook, narrated by Kay, is released in early 2020 and the book is about to be released in the USA, where it is distributed by IPG/Trafalgar Square
